• Hartlebury Castle will be taking part in National Lottery Open Week with a special offer of free Whole site or Grounds admission.
• This offer will run on Friday 21st March only. Tickets are not transferable to another date.
• Booking in advance is not required.
• One National Lottery ticket (physical or digital), scratchcard, or Instant Win Game will give access to one individual.
• All National Lottery games, including National Lottery draw-based games, Instant Win Games, and National Lottery scratchcards, purchased in-store and online/via app, qualify to redeem this offer.
• There is a level access route to the adventure playground. Unfortunately, due to the nature and age of our site, other areas of the grounds include narrow paths, stairs and uneven surfaces which may limit access.
• Proof of purchase of a National Lottery game can be either hard copy ticket or digital.
• The date of draw/purchase is not relevant.
