Mark this special year with us by using your imagination and creative skills in our English Civil War themed summer crafts – come back each week to enjoy a different activity (see details below)! \nWhen you’ve finished your fantastic craft\, follow The Battle Plan Mystery Trail and become a detective to help Captain Sandys find his missing battle plans and defend the Castle… \nUncover centuries of history as you explore the Bishop’s Palace and Worcestershire County Museum too\, and spot wildlife on a walk through the beautful grounds – before ending your day with a run around at the adventure playground. \nThe trail will run daily until Thursday 27th August. \n\nPlus\, join us for more Civil War anniversary celebrations with the re-enactment spectacular of The Sealed Knot – The Fall of Hartlebury Castle from 25th to 26th July! \n\n\nCrafts sessions – Tuesday 21st July to Thursday 27th August (Tuesdays\, Wednesdays and Thursdays ONLY)\n10.30am-1pm\n1pm-4pm \nCrafts schedule (different every week!):\n\nWeek 1 (21st-23rd July): Decorate a castle or crown-themed picture frame\nWeek 2 (28th-30th July): Create a coat of arms on a wooden shield\nWeek 3 (4th-6th August): Design your own Civil War standard on a material banner\nWeek 4 (11th-13th August): Have a go at simple basket weaving using wooden frames and raffia\nWeek 5 (18th-20th August): Design three wooden\, Civil War-themed keyrings\nWeek 6 (25th-27th August): Make a Civil War coin using clay and stampers\n\n\n\n\nTickets\nWhole site admission plus £4.50 for crafts and trail (buy online). \nWhole site admission plus 50p for trail only (pay on the door). \n\nClick here to get tickets

After several years of popular events\, Paul and Vicky are thrilled to offer more fairs for all the family\, featuring friendly traders ready to help you find some real treasures. \nPlease be aware that the Bishop’s Palace and Grounds will be closed to general visitors on Antiques & Collectors Fair days. Worcestershire County Museum will remain open from 11am – 5pm\, and Museum Only Entry tickets will be available to purchase on the door.
