Celebrate National Lottery Open Week by uncovering the secrets of Hartlebury Castle, the historic home to the Bishops of Worcester – for free! On Friday 13th March, walk in the footsteps of royalty in the Bishop’s Palace, brought to life by talking portraits and audio guides.

Explore Worcestershire’s fascinating past with the collections and room sets of the County Museum, including toys, archaeology, costume, the Victorian Schoolroom and the Laundry.

What’s more, take a peaceful stroll around the Castle moat and take in the sights of the beautiful spring gardens.

• This offer will run on Friday 13th March only. Tickets are not transferable to another date.
• Free National Lottery Open Week tickets cannot be used as Annual tickets for free return visits.

• One National Lottery ticket (physical or digital), scratchcard, or Instant Win Game will give access to one individual.
• All National Lottery games, including National Lottery draw-based games, Instant Win Games, and National Lottery scratchcards, purchased in-store and online/via app, qualify to redeem this offer.
• There is a level access route to the adventure playground. Unfortunately, due to the nature and age of our site, other areas of the grounds include narrow paths, stairs and uneven surfaces which may limit access.
• Proof of purchase of a National Lottery game can be either hard copy ticket or digital.
• The date of draw/purchase is not relevant.
