Competition Terms and Conditions

Competition Title: Belgian Beer Bash – Win Summer Outdoor Tribute Concert Tickets Competition

  1. Eligibility
    • The competition is open to UK residents (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland) aged 18 or over.
    • Employees of Hartlebury Castle and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
  2. How to Enter
    • To enter the competition, participants must purchase one or more tickets for the Belgian Beer Bash by 12pm on Monday 8th June 2026, upon which they will be automatically entered into the draw. If you would like your name to be removed from the draw, please email media@hartleburycastle.com.
    • Participants may only have one entry each into the competition.
  3. Prize
    • The prize consists of two tickets to a 2026 summer outdoor tribute concert at Hartlebury Castle – with a choice of attending Motown by Moonlight on 18th July 2026 or 80s by Moonlight on 30th August 2026 for the winner.
    • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.
    • The tickets are only valid for one 2026 concert date.
  4. Winner Selection
    • The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the draw date of 12pm on Monday 8th June 2026.
    • The winner will be notified by email within 72 hours of the competition closing date.
    • If the winner does not respond to the notification within 7 days, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be selected.
    • The winner must select which concert they would like to attend via contact with Hartlebury Castle. This will be discussed with Hartlebury Castle after the winner has been selected.
    • If the winner has already purchased summer outdoor tribute concert tickets before the draw date, these cannot be refunded in exchange for the prize.
  5. Data Protection
    • By entering the competition, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for the purpose of administering the competition and notifying the winner.
    • Personal data will not be shared with third parties unless required by law or for the purpose of administering the competition.
  6. General Terms
    • The competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any third-party platform.
    • Hartlebury Castle reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition if necessary due to circumstances outside of its control.
    • By entering the competition, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
  7. Limitations of Liability
    • Hartlebury Castle will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the competition or the acceptance and use of the prize.
    • Hartlebury Castle is not liable for any technical failures or errors in the submission process.

Competition Title: Visitor Survey Competition

  1. Eligibility
    • The competition is open to UK residents (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland) aged 18 or over.
    • Employees of Hartlebury Castle and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
  2. How to Enter
    • To enter the competition, participants must submit their responses to the visitor survey emailed to them after their visit, selecting that they would like to enter the prize-draw and providing their email address when prompted.
    • A winner will be drawn every 4 months. Entries must be submitted up to 4 months prior to the draw date to be eligible. All entries after the draw date will be entered into the next draw.
  3. Prize
    • The prize consists of a Guardian Annual Pass to Hartlebury Castle, with a choice of an Individual (admits 1 adult), Joint (admits 2 adults) or Family (admits 2 adults & up to 3 children) pass for the winner.
    • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.
    • The Guardian Annual Pass entitles up to the number of people specified with the type of pass selected, 12-month entry to Hartlebury Castle, 10% discount in the shop & café and a regular e-newsletter.
    • The 10% discount in the café excludes Sunday Roasts and Afternoon Teas.
    • The Guardian Annual Pass will only admit adults who are named cardholder(s).
    • The prize is valid for 12-months from date of issue. The expiry date is on the card.
