Hire us for an Event

If you’re looking for a unique venue for an event choose Hartlebury Castle. We cater for a wide range of events with grand State Rooms, meeting spaces or our beautiful Carriage Circle. We will work closely with you to ensure your event is exactly what you hoped for. We have previously held events such as the Children of Worcestershire Cancer Fundraiser Music Festival and The Lord Lieutenants Jubilee Garden Party.

We can provide catering for your event through our preferred suppliers, or you are welcome to bring in your own for a fee.

Volunteer with us

Hartlebury Castle offers a range of different volunteer opportunities. If you’re looking for a way to get involved with your local community, build lasting relationships and strengthen your team – volunteering is for you.

Volunteering can be done on a regular basis or we can discuss a one off volunteering day to work on a larger project. Our different volunteer roles include House Stewarding, Grounds Maintenance, Gardening, Events, Children’s Activities and more, for full information on these roles click here
