Learn all about our night-time flying friends from experts on an atmospheric stroll through the Hartlebury Castle grounds!

Discover bat habitats with local experts Phil Playford and members of the Worcestershire Bat Group on a walk through the varied environments of our grounds. Identify different species with specialised equipment and see what you’re lucky enough to spot – it could be anything from pipistrelles to horseshoe bats!

At the end of your walk, enjoy a delicious local beer or non-alcoholic alternative while looking out for bats from the Castle terrace. Bring a camping chair for maximum comfort!

Duration: 2 hours approx.

Please wear sensible footwear and warm clothes and bring a torch with you.

Places are limited, so book early to avoid disappointment.

This is a fundraising event for Hartlebury Castle Preservation Trust. All profits made will be divided between Worcestershire Bat Group and HCPT.
