How it works:

On the run up to the event, we will monitor the weather forecast using our official forecast provider ‘Met Office (UK)’ and the postcode ‘DY11 7XZ’. If at 4 hours before the advertised film start time, the forecast shows 70% or greater chance of persistent rain during the event advertised hours (a cloud symbol with two rain drops), the event will be cancelled* and you will receive a full refund, saving your waterproofs for another day – you will be contacted by email.

Please note the event will go ahead if there are light showers or a smaller chance of rain, so please still come prepared.

*We will base our decision on data provided by the https://www.metoffice.gov.uk official website, using post code ‘DY11 7XZ’. No other weather provider or location will be considered and the decision by the host/venue will be final. If the above threshold is not met and the event continues, we are unable to offer refunds or discounts of any type. We reserve the right to cancel the event due to a range of additional factors, including but not limited to high winds, lightning storms, waterlogged grounds, or if the event is unsafe to proceed.
