Santa Paws returns for more magical meetings with your furry friends!
Who said Christmas was only for humans? Bring the whole family to meet Santa and his elf – including your four-legged companions!
Each pet can meet the man himself, enjoy a treat and gift, and pose for your very special (and cute) Christmas photos. Not just for dogs – from curious cats to rambunctious rabbits, we’d love to see any furry pets!
You can also bring the kids to take centre stage as they share their festive wishes with Santa and get their own present. Groups with or without children are welcome to make festive memories together.
We know you’ve all got Christmas jumpers, so feel free to come along in festive outfits too – including your pets!
Afterwards, why not enjoy a peaceful walk through the winter grounds, and then explore the wonderfully decorated Castle with your human companions?
Session times
Every 10 minutes from 10am-12pm and 12.40pm-4pm (sessions also last approximately 10 minutes).

Please note: our previous Santa is not available. However, we have a wonderful new Santa this year!
Money from ticket sales is fundraising for Hartlebury Castle Trust.
Pet: £6.50 (includes a gift and a treat)
Adult: £5
Child (0-16 years): £12 (includes a gift)
Got a Worcestershire Resident or Guardian Pass? Just pay the £6.50 per pet and £12 per child!
£1.50 booking fee per transaction.
Tickets include entry to the Grounds and the Bishop’s Palace. Please note that pets are not allowed inside the Bishop’s Palace. Worcestershire County Museum is closed on this day.
Annual tickets cannot be used for entry to this event. Historic Houses Member passes are not valid. Grounds only tickets will not be available.
